Jimmy Owens, of Newport, Tennessee, was the only driver that was able to capture two series victories in 2006, as he took the checkered flag at both the Tazewell (TN) Speedway and the Volunteer (TN) Speedway. Other series winners included: Dennis Franklin, Benji Cole, Anthony White, Henry Carter, Jerry Ashley, Clint Smith, and Casey Roberts.
